Upon receiving your requests, you’ll receive an invoice. Upon completion of the invoice we will send you your initial mock-up of your album cover to review, approve, or modify. Once I send you the design, you can easily view and make edits using my user-friendly online album software.

We will place your album order according to the following timeline:

  • February 15 (for delivery by late April/early May)
  • June 15 (for delivery by late August/early September)
  • September 15 (for delivery before the holidays)

Upon confirmation of sale, we will reach out to you with instructions on how to make the design process as simple as possible on your end.

THE PROCESS

STEP 1 - INSTRUCTIONS 

Many couples feel overwhelmed by sorting through countless photos to include in their album layout. With my expertise, I'll curate the best images to highlight your story, making the process effortless.

You can be as involved as you wish, but many clients appreciate the time saved and reduced decision fatigue. The design process is collaborative, ensuring you have control throughout.

My goal is to make preserving your cherished memories smooth and stress-free.

how much do your books cost?

The pricing for our books begin at $1600

What is the delivery time?

We have specified album order dates:
February 15 (for delivery by late April/early May)
June 15 (for delivery by late August/early September)
September 15 (for delivery before the holidays)

how do i take care of my album once i receive it?

Every album shipment includes an instruction guide on how to care for your album based on your selected cover material.




DO YOU give REFUNDS?

I can’t offer refunds since each album is custom-made. I make sure you approve all pages and cover designs before printing to ensure your satisfaction. 



Why do i need to reach out to you directly if I'm purchasing more than one album?

One word... Bundle.

And it's easier because it can't be applied at check out.

HOW WILL THE ALBUM BE SHIPPED TO ME?

We will ship your album to the address provided at purchase unless you email us a different one. It will arrive safely in a KJP-branded custom box. For multiple albums, each will be shipped in its own box.












DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

I don’t offer that option because the album needs to be paid in full before it goes to print.

CAN I ORDER A matching PARENT ALBUM?

Certainly! If you’d like to order additional copies of your album without any changes, you’ll receive a 30% discount on each extra copy.











WHAT IF I'VE PURCHASED AN ALBUM WITH MY WEDDING PACKAGE ALREADY?

If you have previously purchased an older version of our albums, and you would like these newer versions of our albums. Please contact us directly to upgrade.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free for couples based on the east coast. Additional costs may vary for couples who live outside of the east coast.

If you need additional assistance with the design building, or want to get a closer look, complimentary Zoom calls or in-person meetings in Fairfax, VA are available.
