You can be as involved as you wish, but many clients appreciate the time saved and reduced decision fatigue. The design process is collaborative, ensuring you have control throughout.

How much do your books cost?

Album pricing begins at $2,000.

What is the delivery time?

We offer two album order windows each year: April 15 and September 15. Production timelines are shared once your order is placed.

How do I take care of my album once I receive it?

Each album includes a care guide specific to your selected cover material to ensure it remains beautiful for years to come.



Do you give refunds?

Because albums are fully custom-made, refunds aren’t available. All pages and cover designs are approved prior to printing to ensure you’re confident in the final piece.


Why do I need to reach out directly if I’m purchasing more than one album?

One word: bundling. Multi-album orders are handled directly so we can apply preferred pricing, which isn’t available at checkout.

What if we want something more custom than your selection?

We welcome creative ideas. If you’re envisioning something outside of our standard offerings, reach out and we’ll create a custom quote tailored to you.

How will my album be shipped to me?

Your album is shipped to the address provided and it arrives in a KJP-branded custom box. If ordering multiple albums, each will be packaged and shipped individually.











What if I pay for my book but wait to design it?

Due to rising lab costs, albums not redeemed within a year are subject to a $125 annual holding fee.

Can I order a matching parent album?

Yes. Additional copies of your album, ordered without design changes, receive a 30% courtesy discount per copy.










What if I’ve already purchased an album with my wedding package?

If you previously purchased an earlier version of our albums and would like to upgrade to our current offerings, please contact us directly to explore your options.

Is shipping free?

Complimentary shipping is included for East Coast clients. Additional shipping fees may apply for destinations outside the East Coast.
